Height One Sdn Bhd was founded in September 2019, with the aim of becoming a leader in the natural resource and property development sectors. Located in Kuantan, Pahang, Malaysia our core business includes quarrying sand, silica, kaolin, iron ore, and engaging in agricultural and logging activities.

We are committed to delivering quality and excellence in every project we undertake, and we bring together expert knowledge, advanced technology, and a skilled workforce to ensure the success of each initiative. Our company is registered with the Ministry of Finance (MOF) and CIDB, and we are poised for continued growth with several high-potential projects in the pipeline.

  • Contractor for the Extraction of Stone Materials (River Sand) in Zone 2 (Sector 7) Mukim Kuala Pahang.

    • Concession Holder for the Extraction of Stone Materials (River Sand) at Sg. Pahang Pulau Benta @ Pulau Jambu, Mukim Langgar, Pekan (Block 26) covering 8,094 hectares (20.00 acres).

    • Silica Sand at Paya Rumania, Mukim Penor, Kuantan District (112.0 hectares) – 10% remaining for approval.

    • Silica Sand at Cherating, Mukim Sungai Karang, Kuantan District (400.0 hectares) – 30% remaining for approval.

    • Planting Projects for Matag Coconut, Harumanis Mango, Clove, Vanilla, and Papaya Flowers at Cherok Paloh, Mukim Penor, Kuantan, Pahang (293,047 hectares / 723.82 acres) – 10% remaining for approval.

    • Forest Development Project for planting and land lease (60 years) in Block A, Kemasul Forest Reserve, Mukim Pelangai, Bentung District, Pahang (628 hectares) – 10% remaining for approval.

    • Agricultural Land Application at Sg. Berkelah, Mukim Hulu Lepar, Kuantan District (2.2 hectares) – 50% remaining for approval.

    • Mining License (PL) for Iron Ore in Kampung Merchung, Mukim Rompin, Rompin District (400.0 hectares) – 80% remaining for approval.
